Plot Twist: With 10+ email templates, 15 audiences, 2 different email platforms, and unique CTAs, I implemented an efficient task creation process to ensure consistency and eliminate risk of copy error.

Marketing & Branding

By restructuring the company's brand usage, I redesigned the website and aligned its online presence with print collateral. This resulted in increased brand recognition and customer engagement.
